HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) consists of identifying Critical Control Points (CCP), establishing critical limits for each point, monitoring their requirements, using the data gathered to effectively control processes, taking corrective action, and maintaining record keeping and verification.
- The effectiveness of the DSM Nutritional Products Quality System is regularly monitored by means of internal Quality and GMP audits. Trained auditors are used to carry out these audits. - Consumers and legislators alike demand that products derived from GMO products should be traceable. Due to our production process and reliable suppliers, DSM Nutritional Products can certify that the vitamin C manufactured in Dalry is made from glucose originating from European non-GMO cornfields.
- DSM Nutritional Products has advanced IT systems in place which allow full traceability of everything from raw materials to finished products. Vitamin C produced in Dalry is guaranteed GMO-free. In addition, we conduct routine forward and backward traceability exercises to rapidly identify the raw materials consumed in the production of specific lots of ascorbic acid and sodium ascorbate.
